Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data DGV Business Consulting collects through dgvbusiness.com, for what purpose, who it's shared with, and how you can exercise your rights, in compliance with Argentina's Ley 25.326 (Personal Data Protection Law).

1. Data controller

The party responsible for personal data collected through this site is DGV Business Consulting, operated by Daniel Gustavo Velázquez (Argentine Tax ID / CUIT 20-18125486-7), with address at Martín J. Haedo 1450, Muñiz, Partido de San Miguel, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through the site's contact form:

• Name (required)
• Company (required)
• Email (required)
• Phone (optional)
• Inquiry type — SME, Aviation & Logistics Industry, or other (required)
• Message (optional)

Fields marked as required are necessary for us to respond to your inquiry; if you don't fill them in, we won't be able to contact you. The remaining fields are optional, and leaving them blank has no consequence other than giving us less context about your inquiry.

The site also automatically collects browsing data through Google Analytics 4 (see section 5, "Cookies and analytics").

3. How we use your data

We use the data you provide exclusively to:

• Respond to your inquiry and set up a conversation or call.
• Prepare business proposals when relevant.
• Manage the business relationship, if you decide to move forward with our services.

We don't use your data for any purpose other than those listed, and we don't use it to build advertising profiles or send you marketing communications without your additional, explicit consent.

4. Who we share your data with

We don't sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do use the following providers to operate the site, which process data on our behalf:

• Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States) — processes and delivers contact form submissions to us.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, United States) — analyzes aggregate site usage through cookies (see section 5).

If you click through to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp/Meta's privacy policy. If you click to schedule a call, Calendly processes that data under its own privacy policy. In both cases, you leave our site for a third-party service we don't control.

Formspree and Google are based in the United States, so submitting the form and browsing the site involve an international data transfer to that country. By completing and submitting the form, or by continuing to browse the site, you consent to that transfer, which is necessary for these services to work.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages visited, clicks on WhatsApp or on scheduling a call, form submissions). We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can block or delete these cookies from your browser's settings at any time; the site will keep working normally, though we'll stop receiving that aggregate usage data. For the exact list of cookies we use and how to disable them, see our Cookie Policy.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep contact form data for as long as our business exchange with you lasts, and for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in section 3. If no business relationship moves forward, you can request the deletion of your data at any time (see section 8).

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights (ARCO)

Under Ley 25.326, you have the right to access, rectify, update, and request the deletion of your personal data free of charge. To exercise these rights, email us at contacto@dgvbusiness.com stating your name and which piece of data you'd like to exercise that right over. We'll respond within the timeframes set by law.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the enforcement authority for Ley 25.326, is the body you can file a complaint with if you believe your rights weren't respected.

9. Children

This site is aimed at businesses and professionals; it is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
